Nooooes, I did no fic today. Suckage. T-T

I did almost beat "Sonic 2" with my brother, though. ...That is, until I wasted all my Continues trying to figure out how to hit Metal Sonic, then dying by stupidly jumping at the side of Eggman's Evil*Bot. Noooooooooes, painpainpainpainpainpainpain.T-T

Philleh found more purdy "Sonic" fanart, so I'm good. Also got to speak to Elisha today, I got a couple Mp3s, (Yay, "Exodus"! :D) and I shared with him ten billion "Sonic" fanarts. XD Basically introduced him to Team Chaotix, and shown him stuff of characters he likes, such as Cream, Amy and Rouge. :) One day, I'm piling my Shadow gallery on him, but that's another day. I'm not THAT cruel. XD Must complete my Evanescence song collection... that, and get more Apoptygma Berserk and VNV Nation. T-T But hey, no better person to get VNV from than Elisha. :3 Poor guy, he's got clips for their recent songs before the CD comes out, and... poor guy. Good thing I have patience for the stuff I want to come out. :3

I love sharing my fandoms with good friends. It's scary when you just jump in on your own, but when you go at it slowly, staying by the edges with people you trust, learning what they like, what the people on that person's fave list like, and finding your own personal tastes along the way, you can stand on your own. And show someone else what you know. Spread the luff. The deeper side. The fun. It's what fandom's all about, after all. :3

::wave:: I was just kind of curious, but how much personified!fanart do you have for Sonic? I think those are super-cool (::kills Tim::). ^^;

Your description of entering a fandom is pretty accurate. It can be really scary. I won't go NEAR the fandoms of some of my favorite anime and such, especially X/1999. .__.

I know what you mean. T-T Back then, I wasn't that big a "Sonic" fan (more like casual levels here), and I was scared away from the fandom twice. Over time, I got these urges to go back though... that I was curious. And now look what happened to me. XD

I was never good at summarizing anything. XD But all I know is, fandom isn't something you randomly "jump in". It takes... getting used to. XD And a lotta passion. (And alas, HP and LotR frighten me, as does FF. XD Meanwhile, I grew up with "Kirby" and "Mario" and stuck with "Pokemon" since curiousity sparked at 10... I don't understand it either)
