5. "Ohhh, that farmgirl friend of mine is soooooo uncouth!" Applejack/Rarity from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I love how their respect increased for each other since the slumber party episode, and it was good seeing them working together in the Rarity & Sweetie Belle ep. ;;
6. "So much for catching a phoenix and the northern wind. At least we're still bros!" Morty/Eusine from Pokemon (H)G/(S)S/C. Screw the Anime, 'cause Eusine was an OOC dick in it. But all other incarnations are adorable, making this one of my favorite Pokemon ships~ ♥
7. "I hope you enjoy my yummy cupcakes! No, not that kind." Pinkie Pie/Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I blame private_enemy for this. XD Also, this one fanart with the little accompanying story seals it for me.
8. A spiny rivalry leads to mutual respect in outer space. Sonic/Shadow from Sonic the Hedgehog. For anyone who knows me, this is my #1 OTPs of all OTPs. Always has, always will be. 8)
9. Knight seals up apprentice in a jeweled staff. Best Tragic Love Story Ever. Sir Aaron/Lucario from Pokemon: Hero of the Wave/Lucario & the Mystery of Mew. Say what you will about Human/Pokemon pairings, they're too fucking obvious and sweet to ignore. It's also probably my all-time favorite Pokemon OTP before Morty/Eusine. ;;
10. Sassy archaeologist-in-the-making thinks a purple ghost is cuter than she is. Goombella/Vivian from Paper Mario 2: The Thousand-Year Door. In B4 debates on Vivian, so stfu. My earliest transgendered OTP, and it's on the shoujo-ai side~ ♥
11. Cocky tomboy coaches the world's quietest cheerleader. Rainbow Dash/Fluttershy from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. THE MANE 6 GOT THEIR CUTIE MARKS 'CAUSE DASHIE STOOD UP FOR FLUTTERSHY. That, and I think it's cute. Yay.
12. Braided pigtails and bloodstained piano keys. Madotsuki/Masada from Yume Nikki. When I got into the game, I had no idea this would become one of my all-time favorite pairings. They've got everything going for them, and I mean everything. Cute? Tragic? Disturbing? Sweet? All at once.
13. "Swear you'll call me and I'll clean your glasses for the rest of your life." Jeff/Tony from Earthbound/Mother 2. Those two make me grin and squeal like a little girl everytime they're brought up. The "clean your glasses" bit refers to the letter Jeff receives from Tony at the ending~ ♥
14. A wizard and a prince work together to make wishes come true, and they don't need Kyubey's help goddammit. Geno/Mallow from Super Mario RPG. Unlike Kyubey's stupid contracts, the wishing system in SMRPG is healthy and doesn't involve robbing people's souls. X(
15. "Why yes, my mustachioed friend. I DO sparkle." Peasley/Luigi from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Prince Peasley sparkled before Edward Cullen. And he's proud of it. XD
16. You don't want to know what happens to her after you turn the lights out. Madotsuki/Poniko from Yume Nikki. Second favorite pairing from the game! I always feel afraid to go to Poniko's house because of stupid Uboa. :(
17. Innocent fairy and big eater save the universe from a bleeding angel. Kirby/Ribbon from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. They're so cute I don't even ghdkjsghkjdsghk God I love this game.
18. Julien-K ships it. So does Bioware. Shadow/Omega from Sonic the Hedgehog. I used an injoke only about a handful of people would understand, so I was happy someone managed to guess this one at the last minute! :o Basically referring to how "THIS MACHINE" from Sonic Heroes leans on the Shadow/Omega shipping scale and that in "Sonic Chronicles" made by Bioware, Omega dismisses anyone who isn't Shadow and Rouge as "meatbags." XD There seems to be a running theme with Team Dark in games like Sonic Heroes, Sonic 2006, and Sonic Chronicles, and I approve of that too. :)
19. A psychic boy affected by traumatic events gains courage to rescue a champion he met at an abandoned playground. Red (aka Pokemon Trainer)/Lucas from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. They're my favorite team in the game, and when you add Ness to the pile, it makes everything cuter ghdjsghskjdghkdsg
20. "I met him hiding in a trashcan." Ninten/Loid from Earthbound 0/Mother. Shut up, I know it's spelled differently in Brawl and the retranslation, but my heart still goes for Loid over Lloyd. ;; Well, at least it's not Roid. :P I always loved befriending Loid in Mother. ;; And I imagine he and Ninten to be extremely fluffy together and awwww.

BONUS STAGE

- The disillusioned illusionist and the squishy determinator who believed in him. Raggedy Andy/Marius from Puri's Novel-In-Progress/Originals. I'm sorry, I just... couldn't resist. But I wondered how I would answer them on a meme like this, so I put them in 'cause I'm a sap. XDDD;;;
- "Be accepted into a pompous, shallow society or spend the rest of my days in nature as an criminal? Screw it, I love my ex's undergamekeeper and you can't stop me!" Maurice/Alec from Maurice. I can count the number of fingers on one hand of the people on my flist who have read this book or seen the movie (which I'm trying to rectify by spreading the word), so I figured almost nobody would get this. All the same, I wanted to include them on the meme 'cause they made me squee. ;;

I wanted to include a few ships like Applejack/Rainbow Dash, but I couldn't figure out any good clues for them that didn't sound too generic or obvious. XDD;;;

According to this meme, I ship I lot more yuri/shoujo-ai/GL/femmeslash than I did last year. Yay! ♥
