I don't mind shipping names. There's cool ones, funny ones, and others that make me roll my eyes, but hey, I could live. But this one is bugging the hell out of me:

What the hell of a name is AllWrongShipping for N/Cheren? That's something you'd expect for a crackship you'd expect no one to support, like oh, I don't know, Jynx/Dawn/Cyrus. But for something that's likely to be one of the popular ships for B/W, all they could think of is AllWrongShipping? What the fuck is that? I'm completely and utterly baffled. Where did they come up with that? Can someone explain this to me?

P.S. Complaints on how much you hate shipping names in general (instead of wtfing over "AllWrong"Shipping) will get you Punched Out! by Cthulu. Keep on topic plz.

Then again, considering some of the bizarre reasons ships are named what they are named, it probably refers to something like HURR THEY WOULD NEVER GET ALONG REALLY SO IT IS UNLIKELY AND MAYBE ANGSTY. Or LOL IN MY HEADCANON THEY BITCH AT EACHOTHER WHILST HAVING ANGRYSMEX. Ugh.

What sort of shipping name would you consider to be more appropriate, if the shipping name was changed?

I think a big problem with weird shipping names, besides the weird names themselves, is that there is rarely a rationale behind the ship name. Okay, so we have AllWrongShipping since you, nameless namer, claimed the ship name first... what is your reason? Some ships are pretty obvious, but so often I come across people mentioning "oh, I have my reasons" when being questioned about the name (Buckleshipping being the most recent I've seen), but NOT GIVING THOSE REASONS.

TLDR: Shipping namers should give at least give some reasoning to the shipping name (esp. if it's a weird name like AllWrongShipping). Y/N?

I have no idea. It'd help if I had any idea what anyone was saying in B/W. XDD;;; That's the thing with naming B/W ships early. You don't know anyone yet, so unless you know Japanese or got lucky enough to read a translation, how would you be a decent judge of the characters, let alone their ships?

But then, Black/White gets Chessshipping and N/Cheren gets stuck with this.

That's what I find odd about B+W shipping at the moment - most of us don't know anything about the characters yet, beyond some sketchy japanese character traits. Pokanon-ers were already jumping on something like Bubblyshipping for Belle/Barry as soon as we saw Belle because she looked really cheerful and was therefore a bubblehead who was probably pretty rash at the same time idk. Eh, Shippers gonna ship?

I lol'd at ILoveThatWorldShipping, and dang, DissapointShipping does make sense (name-wise, anyway).
