Baron Alberto & Tonio. Duuuuuuuh. That aside, if the following aren't already canon, they should be:

Red x Lucas (Super Smash Bros)
Ash x Latias (Pokémon)
Sir Aaron x Lucario (Pokémon)
Shadow x Omega (Sonic the Hedgehog)

I'd put Knuckles x Rouge (Sonic the Hedgehog) on the list, but the Master Emerald has objections to that. XD

I think Ash/Latias is pretty close to canon on that list as you can get! xD

I like everything you've listed except for Rouge/Knuckles, but that's because of personal objections to Rouge, to be honest. I can't deny that the flirting in Sonic X wasn't there, though!
