Damn. Can we say entire albums or artists? XDD! Ah well, here we go:
1. The Phantom of the Opera - The Point of No Return. PotO in general would be awesome, and the theme by itself would be amazing. But when it comes to a gigantic showdown? This would be chilling. If we're gonna have songs in an episode, let there be ones that make you applaud. *__________________* Imagine instead of boring ol' Palkia and Dialga, what if we have Darkrai and Alice singing this to each other up the stairs of the Time & Space Tower? Spooky and sexy: wow. *_________________________________*
2. Nine Inch Nails - Closer. I DARE YOU PRODUCERS. I DARE YOU TO TOTALLY MAKE MY DAY. Nothing makes Puri more excited than seeing someone's desperation and obsession put completely up front submissive and possessive over another character. Think of the imagery! Think of the craving! Think of the symbolism and the need and self-hate! The perfection that the person sees themselves becoming! I think I'd faint after all 6:13 minutes of its utter WHOAness. Runner-Up NIN Song if choice is too intimidating: Sin. Definitely a dance song, and definitely fun to sing. :D
3. Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street - Epiphany. I'm only listing this because Shadow and Sweeney Todd go together so damn PERFECT in my head. Maybe some name changes here, and Shadow belting his rage in song to Rouge. Oh my fucking god. *_______* Shadow, I'm in love with you, and your sexy singing voice makes me even more so. *_____________________________________________*
4. Garbage - #1 Crush. Garbage would be fun for Earthbound in general. But #1 Crush is creepy and can go well with a ton of fandoms. Whoever's singing this (like who knows, Electra about Pokey) has now made clear to us they're psychotic and need serious help, yet we can't help but fall for them ourselves. Um, what? What's wrong with us? oO;;; That's the job of a good stalker song; it catches us under its spell and its not letting us escape the web it spun for us. ;D
5. Little Shop of Horrors - Grow For Me. LSoH music would be cute for a Mario musical. (Once Chase and I brainstormed fitting the entire soundtrack of LSoH for SA2B, including "Somewhere That's Green" for Maria. Don't ask. XD) I always think of the picture Klobber did of Kamek sticking his finger in baby Naval's mouth; it was how I first heard of the musical, since the picture was inspired by that song. :D Plus it's a cute image; silly adorable Kamek~ ♥
I'm sure there's more, but if I tried to remember them, we'd be here for days. XDDD!
