POO/PAULA CONTEST AHOY

Here are the rules to keep in mind.

1. According to the above sprites, the following mediums are accepted: fanfiction and fanart. I know there's other stuff like doujinshi and FSTs, but it'd be more fair if we're comparing the same mediums. ;D

2. It MUST be about these two:

Anything involving Poo & Paula shippiness is what we strive for! It's all right to have other ships in your fic, but it mustn't overshadow Poo/Paula's spotlight. :o This contest is about THEM after all! No love triangles. :P

3. Ready to send Puri a fic/art? All right! Either email to me or post it on a public site where I can access it, such as Livejournal. (Ex. Photobucket and DA for art, FF.net for writing). Here's a custom format:

Title: Shall We Dance?
Fic/Art: Fic
Rating: PG
Warnings: Fluff, mild language.
Summary: This is a made-up Poo/Paula fanfic that doesn't exist!

4. What ratings are allowed in submissions? Everything! Let's take a look at the details:

G - All Audiences This is safe for anyone! Feel free to share with your little sister. Polestar Preschool approved!

PG - Parental Guidance Might be a tad scary for super young'uns. Know your kids first, otherwise it's just fine.

PG-13 Parental Guidance Below 13 This is where things crank up a notch. Hello intense violence and sexual content! This is where the lime levels set in.

R - Restricted What they can't show you in PG-13 movies. Drugs, alcohol, language, nudity, sex, violence, gore, thematic elements... don't look at us if your kid's scarred for life.

NC-17 - No Children Allowed Do we need to explain this? Lemon time!

Whatever content your submission holds, please be sure it is in good taste. In other words, don't make Puri turn green. Or do anything that looks like it was crafted by Master Belch.

5. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE ENTRY. One entry by one contestant at a time; you can't do one for art AND fic either. It's gotta be one or the other, sowwy. :P Obviously no plagiarism, or you'll be immediately disqualified and fed to the Ultimate Chimera.

6. The contest deadline is July 1st, 2008. The winner will receive a sprite comic and a EPIC FULL-LENGTH fanfic request, while every other participant receives a banner and a ficlet.

Well, it's sort of requited, but the plot's complicated, and... yeah. Eh, I want to write it anyway, and if you don't think it's appropriate for the contest, que sera sera.

I'd be happy to see how it turns out! And it can still fit into the contest, as long as it doesn't break the "no triangles" rule. ("Oh noes, I can't be with Paula 'cause she likes Ness!" counts as a triangle. :P) Complicated is good nomnomnom.
