Thanks for the comfort last entry everyone. T-T Snuggling with my Yoshi plushie really helped. Heck, my saner nights consisted of me hugging Yoshi or Shadow & Sonic in my sleep. That's why I always have stuffed animals on my bed. I'm insecure without them. :P

As for the names, I pronounce Giygas more-or-less like the first option, but as for Giegue... hm! I never really thought about it, since I haven't played much Earthbound 0 yet (good heavens the encounter rate is high). I've only taken passing glances at the name before, and my brain assigned a monosyllabic pronounciation somewhat akin to "guyg". Whiiich probably isn't right, but, er, there you go! :D

I pronounce Giygas as "Geeg-us" and Giegue as "Geegew," but voted for "Geeg" because it probably should actually be that way. (I've always subscribed to the "there being any spelling difference at all is just a translation error since obviously the characters are the same" camp, myself.)

I call him Geeg when I want to save my sanity. (Or when I didn't feel like putting Giygas/Giegue when I mean both M1/M2 selves as a whole) XDD! Helps to specify when you're mentioning a specific form though. Plus Giegue's pronunciation's been bothering me a while. XDDD!

Giygas = "Gee-gus," for me. Though I gotta admit, when I first got the game back when I was 10 or whatever, I thought it was "Gihg-ee-ass" because I must have been a little dyslexic or something. I pronounced so many things wrong back then. XD Video game names are hard for kids!
