Yay for Little Shop of Horrors! I went to see that on stage when I was thirteen and it was FAN-EFFING-TASMAGORICAL! I was a little miffed that the Rick Moranis film version got sucha contrived happy-ending-or-is-it-really-insert-maniacal-laugh-here.

*gasp* Zelgadis! Jeez, I haven't watched my copy of the Slayers movie in years. It's on VHS, like my Rayearth OVAs, which should tell you how long I've been sitting on those puppies. And yay for Jessie! Team Rocket were, are, and will forever be Teh Win!!!11!eleventy-one

Really? Dang. *___________* There was a production at the Selena Auditorium from where I live, but I didn't get to go. T____T *sniff*

Frank Oz actually did direct the original ending for the movie. But the test audiences thought it was unfair Seymour and Audrey died, and he didn't want to risk having a bomb in his hands. (Albeit today, society is much more cynical and accepting these days. XDD!) It was included as an extra on DVD, but that edition got yanked from the shelves, so it's super hard AND expensive to find. Here's to hoping it'll get rereleased on an anniversary edition though. But for now, you can easily watch the ending on YouTube. ♥ Saves time and money!

Zelgadis is wonderful. *_________* I love the series so much, and it's been aeons since I've seen it. D: (Or most Anime I like, for that matter) I hear they're rereleasing it on DVD, and I'm thinking, "Huh? It's that old?" Now it takes me to long ago when my sister would collect VHS tapes with Rayearth, Slayers (even the early movie of YuYu Hakusho before the series got carried over here), and I'd watch them with her. *sigh* I WANT THESE TIMES BACK TO WHEN I WAS ADVENTUROUS AND NOT A LAZY COMPUTER ADDICT. *ahem*
