Aug. 16th, 2003 09:35 pmWell, this is what my school is like. Basically, I have block schedule, which means I'll only have four periods a day. All lasting hours at a time, but if you like the classes and the fact you go home at 2:00, who cares? Much better than how middle school plays with 7-8 periods while you walk around wishing to go home. XD Anyway, here are the classes I'm taking:
Algebra I: I never liked Mathematics, but this is one of these "Subject-You-Gotta-Take-Anyway-To-Graduate" classes. The teacher is pretty good though, so that makes things more enjoyable.
Learning Strategies: Class where you write stuff... and that's it. Pretty much the worst class thanks to brats who keep chattering and giving the teacher a hard time, but other than that, it's not bad. You get to work on your Math homework and extra credit once you're done with work. :p
Critical Thinking: This one is Reading, and when you enter the room, the air conditioning is freezing. o_O I can't really make a judgment on this one yet; I'm still struggling with the materials in this class.
Then, there's lunch. And finally, the best period of them all:
Chorus I: Both the class and teacher are wonderful. The students are great to work with, the music is wonderful, I'm learning a lot of things, and did I mention the teacher was wonderful? Guess what he says to people before we go home: "Stay away from stupid people!" XD
I finally played "Animal Crossing" after a long time. Although I did go back in time to the 12th so I could watch the Meteor Shower and get the telescope first. I also got to see Totakeke after a very long time; I had him play "Two Days Ago", my favorite song of his. :D I've just written a bunch of letters to all the villagers I like, telling them they're invited to come visit me on my birthday. I wish you could have some sort of party when your birthday comes in the game... ah well, that can be an idea stored for "Animal Crossing 2"! Man, I wish Grizzly hadn't moved to Hogsmead; I would be the happiest person alive if walked up to visit me on my front door and gave me an NES game when I turn 15. XD
Next Saturday should hurry up. I wanna party!
