here_inmyheadI feel woozy for some reason... dunno why. Hope I'm not coming up with something. (Dammit, I was already sick from Christmas! XDDD;;;) Notice how agonizing it is shopping, by the way. You're stuck wandering around feeling tired and stewing, 'cause all I can think of is "OMGIwannagethomeIwannagethome" and all the things I want to do once I get home, and of course, the shopping "trip" always takes longer than it's supposed to be. Figures. Ah well, "King Kong" was nifty, though I hope to see "Narnia" soon. That way, I'll be peaceful with the theater again. 3 effing hours... owwie.
But! Since my Photoshop stuff seems to be piling up a bit, I'm gonna share some comics. Mmm, goodie.

meganubunny's sprites sooner than I expected! XDDD I dunno, Sally just looked too cute. Since a lot of people were all "OMG Sonally is better!" or "Sonamy all the way, Sally's a bitch!", I had these little war banners in my head, and thought they'd be fun to do. X333 Take note though, 'cause if you're rooting for either Sal or Rosie to die, you've completely missed the point of the banners. XDDD;;; It's supposed to be something silly! I mean, try taking Amy's comment seriously. Like whoa. You'd accuse me of hating Sally or Amy? XDDDD;;; I act neutral for the ships in the banners too--blatant bashing just plain ain't my thing, not to mention it hurts people and causes anger. :P
Come on, you saw this coming. XDDD For a long time, I've known Aeris Gainsborough vs. Tifa Lockhart to be some of the most hideous flame wars I've known, followed with this: should Cloud be with Tifa or Aeris? It was icky, and I know it: I got as far as escaping Midgar in FF7, and already I was clouded by the Internet the constant fandom opinions of these two, I was actually afraid to put them in my party. XDDDD;;; But that's another fandom, let's keep on topic. Sally Acorn & Mina Mongoose... holy fuck.
At least the Tifa vs. Aeris war is mellowing out, but geez lueez, even the most intense fanbrats/bashers were a candle compared to the Sally & Mina fangirls, and the violence the haters react to these two. oO;;;; You mention Sally, and either SatAM pops up, or suddenly BOOM! You're plunged into Sonally conversation, and BOOM! MINA'S THE DEVIL. Mention Mina and BOOM! Sonmina comes out and BOOM! SALLY IS A BITCH. There's also "SLUTTY WHORE" and "OMG MY OTP" and... good friggin' god. oO;;;; I've seen everything from Sally being called every offensive derrogatory insult in the dictionary to the goriest Anti-Mina art I'd run into on DA, like they're Nazis or something. Seriously, Archie*Fanatics frighten me. I could mention either of the two, and suddenly they go all knives and daggers and start an entire flame war, while I'm quietly backing far away into a corner with my hands up going, "Okie dokies... forget I said anything... oO;;;;" before I scram the hell outta there. *shudder*
I actually don't know that much on Sal & Mina, so I'm gathering whatever info I could remember of 'em. XDDD;;; Despite their gurbles, there's actually a sensible word within every sentence of their speech, and a few might require explaining: by "betrayal", Sally meant "Nooooes, don't turn your back on your childhooooood. T____T" and for "I don't suck" for Mina, I meant that she means that she's one of the very few Archie*Characters that stands on her own with actual personality & purpose, instead of being just a random background guy Archie wanted to fill in for 5 seconds. *coughTommytheTurtlecough* As for Alanis, well... that's a bloody plug of Puri*Fangirlism. XDDDD;;;; (That, and I wanted a more original way of saying Mina sings. XDDD;;;)
And it's true--in Archie, Sonic is an effing player. No, I'm afraid I'm not joking about this. XDDD;;; Despite all the bickering that goes on, all he wants is the attention of Teh Ladies~ (Okay, that kind of hurt typing that. *clings to Games!Sonic*)

How about something a tad more flashy, eh? ;D The whole Rouge/Knux/Shadow thing is quieter compared to other ships, but there's certainly quite a bit of debate. XDD So, here we have Shad & Knux, comin' right at each other again while Rouge sips some hot cocoa. Yes, I realize that is the lamest lawn chair ever, heaven forbid me to ever use the Line Tool on Photoshop ever again. XDD;;;

Remember that comic I said I did when the computer restarted right I was about done? Yep, it was that one. XDDD;;; Took me many pain-staking hours, and longer when it came to remaking it. XDDD;;; Though the Chao here were a new idea of mine... the vase from CT was the closest thing I can get for a paper bag for poor Knuckles here. XDDDD;;; The Amy*Chao was supposed to be nervous and pausing from crying, though it looks like she's sweating here... though I guess that answers the nervous bit, eh? XDD;;; Oh dear, Jealous*Omega... clearly not gonna be a good day for Weepy*Uke!Sonic's intestines. (That, and it doesn't help he's being cried on by Knux*Chao... XDD;;;) I really liked how Amy turned out by the way, and all the hearts, be they broken or not--they look like 7 Pink Chaos Emeralds around Sonic & Shadow. XDDD;;;
I picked the stupidest, lovey-dovey poses I could for "Sonic" & "Shadow"... or well, at least appropriate, with Sonic reaching his hand out via Shoujo*Style and all. I considered using "Misty's Song" as lyrics above the sparkleyness of the sky (I wanna tell you what I'm feelin', but I don't know how to start/Something something but I'm afraid that you might break my heart~ *AHEM*), but then that would've been overkill for Puri's sanity, so instead, I decided to mutilate Sugarcult's "Pretty Girl (The Way)", which is actually a more serious, condescending song than what I make it out to be here. XDDDDD;;; (Not to mention it's about a gal instead of... you know. XDDD;;;) Poor Sonic & Shadow*Chao, they're gonna get run over because their Fanonized & Lovesick Hedgehog*Selves don't care. :(
Everytime you write Bad*Sonadow, you make a Chao cry. Please think of the Chao.

Date: 2006-01-09 04:21 am (UTC)XD No, there aren't enough rabid fans to compare Sally/Sonic/Mina to Aeris/Cloud/Tifa - the FF7 fandom is HUGE.
Also, Tifa and Aeris are quite friendly to each other ingame, they don't fight over Cloud (they tease, and once Tifa gets a bit huffy :P) and they're really good friends, so you have nothing to worry about. Also, you can kinda choose what pairings, depending on which character you interact with more (The date, remember? Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie I think.. and Barret XD were the choices)
Sally/Sonic/Amy used to be a big one though. Nowadays it's mainly a whole bunch of moronic Amy fans hating on Sally for no good reason (I haven't seen much Amy hate, though :O) and some with valid reasoning (GASP!) and of course the token moronic Mina fans who hate Sally and harp on forever *coughMikochancough*
And I love Knuckles's comment in the Shadow-Sonic-Knuckles one XD

XDD;;; I seem to have Cloud ignore 'em both, though... I dunno, I'll have to give the game another go once I recover from Memory Card*Loss Trauma. (Yep, for the date, it's Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie, and Barret. XDDD)
Ugh, Mikochan. @.@ I remember some of the comments she left on some deviations, and I'm like, "Whoa... settle down." I just felt like scrolling past her rambles and such. @.@;;

And as a Sonamy fan (there, I said it), I pretty much know it'll NEVER happen any time soon, so I'm not going to bother saying why it'll end up happening and stuff.. XD;;;
Though to be honest, when it comes to Archie, I'm Sonic/Mina. Despite recent comic events, I hope they at least remain friends, which would make me happy. ^^
