And now, let's kick off with the first Mp3 post of the year~!

Tori Amos - Raining Blood: Okie dokies... anyone know of a band called Slayer? I don't. XDDD But I know the original used a LOT of heavy metal, and here, we've got the cover, and it's dramatically different--we've got piano, a little synth, and that's about it. Nothing else but absolute bareness & an abyss without much place to go. And well? Sometimes... less is more.

October Project - Deep As You Go: My sister shown me a couple October Project the other day, though I had to find this song on my own a bit later (she didn't have it). And if you're a blubbering sap with a penchant for prettiness & sweet like me, this'll keep you fangirling for a while. XDD;;;

A2 - Chosen One: It's "Shadow the Hedgehog", so everyone and their mom probably has this song already. XDDD Oh well, I'm posting it anyway. It's pretty much my favorite ending theme (though "Waking Up" is pretty close), not to mention it plays after my favorite (and gosh-darn depressing) endings of the game. Be warned though, that while pretty, this song is VERY EMO. But definitely fitting to what happened in the endings. *nodnod*

Cake - Satan is my Motor: Satan is the only one that seems to understaaaaaaaaaaand~! 'Cause we all need a little humor now and then. ;D

Annnnnnnnd for those who don't care much for my music/want something else to do, I've yoinked this from [livejournal.com profile] sarajayechan:

1) Do I have a distinct style of writing?
2) If so, what exactly is it that defines my "style"?
3) Would you say my stories usually follow a 'theme'?
4) Is there anything I really need to improve or change?
5) Does my style (if I have one) remind you of anyone else?
6) Judging from whatever writing of mine that you've seen, what do you think is/are my strength(s)?
7) What do you think is/are my weakness(es)?
8) What would you rate my writing overall on a scale of 1-10?

I must knoooooooooooow. T-T

These will go straight into my purichan folder. ;)

Alas, I don't read fanfics -- I don't have time for reading period haha. This survey does give me an excuse though -- I'll do it to let you know what attracted me to your posts in the first place.

1) Do I have a distinct style of writing?
DURRR YES

2) If so, what exactly is it that defines my "style"?
You have personality in your writing. Some people write and it seems like it could be a robot or computer going away. Remember those AOL chat rooms in the days of yore? fembots lol. The equivalent in these days would be the trolls that plague message boards. Are they real people or not? O_O NO11 KNOSE

Also, your writing always seems "up", even when you're obviously feeling down. Other people tend to rant, curse, and scream LIKE THIS. You have control in writing and that's cool.

3) Would you say my stories usually follow a 'theme'?
Can't answer this with regard to fandoms, but you do tell stories of sorts. Your real life "tales" reads like stories. My faves are where you and your dad go at it. :p

4) Is there anything I really need to improve or change?
No. Keep being yourself.

5) Does my style (if I have one) remind you of anyone else?
heh, with only 5 people on my f-list, this is kind of silly. Of course you'd be distinct.

6) Judging from whatever writing of mine that you've seen, what do you think is/are my strength(s)?
See 2.

7) What do you think is/are my weakness(es)?
None.

8) What would you rate my writing overall on a scale of 1-10?
10 baby!!!!!!!!1!1!!11111111!!!1 WOOOOOOOO!!!1111111!!!!1!1!!!

Hee hee, Puri-chan folder. That's awesome~

And HOMG. *________* I feel like... ten billions of awesome right now, it's hard to describe it. Personality in my writing? Hee~! That's what I was going for for a long time--I couldn't stand the robot style of writing in my text books and some classic novels, and liked it whenever someone was actually talking to me, that the narrator had a sense of insight and/or humor that made him/her seem more like a real person, and really enthusiastic about wanting to tell me a story--therefore, it becomes real to me too, and the narrator like a friend, you know?

Aw, really? :) All I knew was that Caps Lock is VERY NOTICABLE--IT'S DEFINITELY SHOUTING IN NETSPEAK AND WHATEVER I TYPE IN CAPS HERE, I SOUND EXACTLY THE SAME TO OTHER PEOPLE DUE TO FIRST IMPRESSION, YOU KNOW? *lowers volume* There we go. XDD That, and you can work more with expressions in lower caps, too. ^^

Hee hee, here we go with tales again. ^^ It's so rare that I think of my Dad in a positive light, so whenever we're in fun discussion and I get oppurtunities to poke fun of my Dad, I treasure these moments, 'cause before I know it, boom, I'll be off in college living my own life. Chances are I wouldn't visit too often...

Yay, 10!!!!!!!!!111111111111111!!!!!!!!! X3333 Aw, your exclamation point/number one use is better/more creative than mine. X333
