On the topic of that song ("White Flag" by Dido) - am I the only one that feels like throttling the next person to use it in 'shipping wars?

Dear Fen:

Dido was talking about a relationship between real live people, one of whom was presumably herself.

Not her dedication to the idea of two people who are fictional characters possibly hooking up.

Please, please learn the difference, and also, what the phrase "a life" means. And see if you can't scrounge one up.
