(Dude, one of your pictures got me back into Sarah McLachlan again. *_____*) I was always afraid to talk to you though, I didn't want to seem like some rabid admirer that wanted to mooch off your stuff. I was breathless the day I commented on your journal entry and you friended me. XDDD (My excuse was that animals wondered about waiting to be fed for our Chao and that two hedgehogs were breathing in space: I had every right to let bugs be in space. :P)

Date: 2005-12-14 05:06 am (UTC)I still have to find my place in a way--I tend to be best with wordless icons, where I'm focusing on the prettiness/simplicity of the character and bringing them out with specific textures, brushes and borders--fonts seem to be my biggest weakness, since they're either hard to place or read or stick out like a sore thumb. XDDD;;; So I tend to stick with lyric brushes when I can, but even then, I like coming up with my own stuff... though I know I can't rely on the same fonts forever, like a couple favorites of mine, hooge 05_53 and Impact. ^^;;; I desperately need a nifty Script font that isn't too schmancy-pancy and unreadable either, though I think you need a certain program in order to get those things to work effectively without going 'splodey in your face. XDDD;;;
