Aug. 10th, 2003 10:35 pmWell, today was the day of my last day of summer vacation. I have school tomorrow... blech. I had a lot of fun today, though. I got to go visit a new friend at his house for the first time, and we had a lot of fun together. We played video games all day: "Super Smash Bros. Melee" and "SNK vs. Capcom". I impressed him with my skills at SSBM, and we mostly beat the crap out of each other. Heck, I helped him break a new record in Target Mode with Jigglypuff and Ice Climbers, and after we were fighting for a while, he said I couldn't use any more Pokemon because I was too powerful as Jigglypuff. XD
"SNK vs. Capcom" was also very great. I'm not sure what version it was, but it was on Game Cube, and it had a whole bunch of characters. I got to play as all sorts of interesting characters, including Rock and Vega. (I've been thinking of you, Mel! ^_~) I think my best character is Yuri, and possibly King... and I like Kyo, Iori, and Dark Ryu although I seem to suck as them. I also remember playing a character called Guile where I beaten the crap out of my friend with. XD Even though I still have to improve my skills, I beaten his best character... muwahahahaha. I want to try more "Street Fighter" stuff now.
Ooh! And earlier this morning, (More like, 4:00 a.m. XD) I got a fanfiction review! And it's actually for one of my newer stories! *gasp* What's even better is that one of my favorite authors loves my work... :D

Excellent! So cute and in character! I very much enjoyed this story! I like how, at the end, it's not said whether or not Meta-Knight has the same feelings for Waddledee, yet manages to feel conclusive. Everyone is in character (OOCness is one of my biggest pet peeves in fanfiction.), and Waddledee is very endearing. I also liked the description of MK practicing his swordsmanship in the rain. It was very descriptive without going overboard. Overall great job! Keep up the great work!"
ICness? Bullseye! And I'm glad I made Waddle Dee enjoyable: I wanted him to be in character, but I didn't want him to be a weeping maiden, either, so I guess I succeeded there. :D I'm glad I did the descriptions okay too; I was worried that my writing was a little lacking on something, but I guess that's my screwy grammar. Yay for constructive reviews! I'm so glad NeoDragon enjoyed it too... I've always wanted to earn positive feedback from her. :D
Anyway, I better go to bed now... I have a big year ahead. I hope it goes well.
