So I watched Movie 7: Destiny Deoxys

Anyone else want to bitchslap Rayquaza as much as I did? Stupid Stereotypical Angry Legendary with no regard for the Walking Wounded TM. Could be just me being unable to relate to the ZOMG IM AFRAID OF ANIMAAAAAAALS thing but I wanted to slap the fuck out of Tory too. BAWWWWWWWWWWW CRY MORE it wasn't even that important to the plot. You can be shy and NOT traumatized into it you know.

The first half went from absolute suck until we get into midway, which reminded me of I Am Legend only with a small band of survivors and alien clones instead of vampire zombies which was cool. The film could've just ended with the two Deoxys finding each other, but nooooooooo. RAYQUAZA JUST WOULDN'T FUCKING LET GO. Had to stretch the damn movie for 20 more minutes. Whoop-dee-doo, green Portal cubes. JUST END ALREADY

OF COURSE THE BLACK GUY/CHUBBY DUDE DIES FIRST. God anyone chubby or muscular aren't allowed to have brains are they? THIS IS AN INSULT TO ME AS A BLASTOISE TRAINER Though I have to question Sid's crush on May... c'mon! She's kinda boring and not THAT great. Kinda nagging too, I don't think I like her. Max on the other hand, I could live with. I like him! X3 At least Rebecca is hot and lived up to my Rare Lesbian Crush expectations. Several other folks became less annoying during the I Am Legend segment of it too.

Tee hee, Metagross and Blastoise waving pom-poms in the credits. Plusle + Minun = ♥ Not to mention this film has the best 3D animation out of the batch; looks friggin' sweet and not that stupidly fake CGI stuff. XD I noticed in the credits GAINAX was one of the assistant animators. Explains quite a bit, doesn't it? :o Usually I cringe at Pokemon English Dub Ending Songs, but I rather liked Movie 7's. How odd.

Right now, Movies 7 & 10 are tying for the Wooden Spoon award, at least until Movie 9 trumps them both in badness or something. I hope Movie 6 is less of a disappointment. Yay for Max & Jirachi! :D :/

After Revelation Lugia, everything descends into "Meeeeeeeeeh" territory. XD
