Name five of your weird traits, and then tag five others.
1. Stalkers/Stalkerism creeps me out and I hate it IRL--same thing applies to fandom, I stay myself from Stalker*Ships. Yet, when it comes to music, some songs I really adore (a few of 'em favorites) and inspire me in writing are Stalker*Songs: this includes "Haunted" by Evanescence, "Possession" by Sarah McLachlan, and "#1 Crush" by Garbage.
2. I was taught to eat baked potatoes with a spoon--then again, I don't really find that weird. I use the spoon 'cause it helps me eat the yellow stuff better than the fork. (Fork and knife help me with the peelings) I guess I brought this up 'cause my relatives taught me that one, so my Dad never brings me one and I have to get it myself... XDDD;;;
3. *points to Crack*Ships* I have a lot of spare time. But then, you knew that. XDD;;;
4. I have autism, though weirdly enough, I don't talk about it to a lot of people. Mainly 'cause I don't want people to think of me differently, and that I'm still confused and have a lot of questions myself.
5. Jody's still inside DA BUILDIIIIIIIING~!
In other words, I finished reading 2001: A Space Odyssey. Just... all I can say is I've never been taken so far from home before. Like, I still only have a few chapters of The Scarlet Letter left to go, while last time I left off on 2001, I was around the middle of the book. I didn't even touch the former book... and let's read that first sentence of this paragraph again, shall we?
During school, I went to Saturn in a spaceship called Discovery. I've attached myself to one of its moons, Japetus, to the find the other monolith, the Star Gate: there, I'd go through the Grand Central, and witness sights like a red sun, a White Dwarf, clusters of stars, and an inferno that I alone held the privilage to see... hundreds of light-years from the Solar System. There, I'd discover Immortality. Like, a special kind of Immortality. (Not the type that had you living forever while your friends died off) But one which allowed your mind to be free of matter, and transcend Time... either way, followed by its neverending enigmas, I learn the history of the Universe.
Elsewhere, I walk in a small Puritan town. People despise me there: they sneer and scowl at me, treating me like I'm diseased and labeled for it so they can point their fingers at me and call me cursed, when I didn't do anything. ('Cause we all know Puri can't relate herself with adultry; I have nothing to be guilty for!) Everything I do is a threat--heck, I better watch my back too, or else my stalker'll bring my downfall or hurt the only person I care for in the whole village anyway. (And Puri actually doesn't) Everything is sinful, especially the woods--sunlight screams and hides if I come, and the brook is forever babbling and wangsting. Oh yeah, it totally doesn't get better at the end, either.
Which world would Puri rather go? Take a guess. Arthur C. Clarke = <3 ♥ <3²
(And now, to finish up writing stuff for a couple friends)
