Jul. 4th, 2004 07:26 amWow, it's 4th of July already! oO;; It's certainly been a while since I got excited over a holiday... I love fireworks. The enviroment was so crappy to view through last year, so I spent time watching fireworks with everyone in "Animal Crossing". ^^ Of course I'll do that again this year... that, and I can go and get a nice spot to see the 'works tonight in real life. :D
Reminds me that as a kid, I used to absolutely hate fireworks. XD They scared me half to death and they were so damn loud... I remember Dad having to take me elsewhere so I wouldn't even slightly hear a spark. XDDD Of course, now I adore them... they're so beautiful... the only thing disappointing about them is that they're over so quickly, no matter how many fire crackers you got in stock. :/ It's like what the "Hamtaro" cast says; they're "flowers in the sky". :D Of course, I really doubt that flowers would be those little rainbow fireballs of light that people shoot in the air. XDDD
I made it to Level 159 in "Wario's Woods" a couple days ago. Weird though, I was hoping I could make it to 200... I seriously need a life. XDD I got careless around Wario and he beat me... then again, I was getting seriously bored, my eyes started to hurt, and I thought nobody was on the computer and thought it my oppurtunity to get on before my sister or dad reach it. XD It's so weird... WW and playing Jigglypuff in the SSB series (and maybe Ice Climbers too) has to be some of the best things I can do in video games... that, and my accomplishments include beating Culex with everyone at Level 22 in SMRPG, (not that it was anything too special. XD) getting a score of 999 in "Spunky Monkey" of "Wario Ware Inc.", catching a Shiney!Psyduck without using any cheats or Game Shark, and raising a Butterfree and Wigglytuff up to their 50s in "Pokemon". :D (I had a Level 81 Mewtwo once, but he doesn't count. XDDD)
I swear, I love the Able Sisters; they're my favorite "every town" villagers, second being Totakeke/K.K. Slider. :D I love making designs over at their place--despite the fact I'm a crappy drawer, I made so much beautiful stuff that even my sister commented positively on my work. Sable just started to open up to my character in Inoria too, which makes me really happy. ^^ Methinks it's quite obvious as to who I'll be visiting this 4th of July. Hee! :D
There was this bear Poncho that moved to my town... I made him mad 'cause I scolded him for painting my roof, considering it was just purple again for only a short while. XD But then I come to look at my house and it was actually a decent color--pink. (Bob painted my roof yellow and I had to put up with it for a long time, hence my paranoia. XDDD) I'm gonna write him a letter of apology and tell him I loved the pink roof... we seemed to start getting along otherwise and Poncho's really neat and fun to talk too--I like him, he's kinda like an energetic, happy and sporty version of Grizzly, except... yeah. He's likable in his own way instead of being some kinda copy. XDDD I also planted a pear tree near Amelia's house and sent her a letter... hopefully she doesn't think I'm a bitch, since she seems to like me so far. XDDD
Oh yeah, and I shown a bunch of pretty fanart to friends yesterday--it made me really happy. :D Happy enough to go write on the postboard of Inoria to encourage the villagers to go and show off their favorite fanarts and such. XDDD
I aught to get those final endings in "Chrono Trigger" before I have to go on a family vacation to Texas on the 6th... bleck. :/
