In all the years we've had a chinchilla in the house, I don't think I've ever seen its tongue before.

I gave Ryu a new bottle since he was thirsty, and he licked his lips and ghfjhfjdkh oh my god. *_____* So cute!

I DUNNO MAN, THE MOUTHS SCARE ME. A few months ago I laid my head down next to Chinchin's cage so he was perched somewhere at a higher level than my head so I could see like right up into his mouth while he was chewing something. I am not sure why but it sent chills down my spine.
