Sonadow :: Brokeback Mountain: Now, I don't like Brokeback Mountain. At all. XDDD! But with all the jokes going on the Internet and that Shadow did "die" in SA2, I couldn't resist taking several sprites together (including a Zelda grave) and make a mourning Sonic and a little Shadow ghostie. X333~ ♥♥♥
Pikachu :: Bitch-Slap!: That part made me sad in Mewtwo Strikes Back. Pikachu 2 just meeting his original, smacking the living HELL outta Pikachu and him refusing to fight, and growing humongoidly desperate just to cause pain to Pikachu, but he doesn't buckle down. A few pitiful slaps later, Pikachu 2 collapses into Pikachu's arms, completely exchausted but Pikachu holding him even from being smacked to death. Poignant. T____T Makes for a nice frustration icon, too. 'Cause well... I feel like Pikachu 2. Want to cause pain, am flailing desperately but... just doesn't work or do any good. (Remind me to write about Pikachu 2. I mean, seriously)
Ayla :: Will Break Your Face: Puri made an icon rant complaining about the 67317639673693769379 FF series icons, but for a famous classic Squaresoft game like "Chrono Trigger", icons for it were friggin' scarce save for official art poses and well... that's boring compared to cinema scenes and animated sprites. zarla, who made two Robo ones and this Ayla one for me. :D I used to have decayed Robo up here for angst, but darn, didn't get to really use him much. XDD;;;

Kirby/Ribbon :: Life Can Change: *SOOOOOOBS* That's Kirby/Ribbon. Like, one of my mega OTPs ever. (Either 2nd or 3rd place, RIGHT after Sonadow) Puri luffed__themantis's icons so much from the last time she requested from her that she decided to participate in that meme too: requesting a random icon with lyrics from "Tonight, Tonight" by Smashing Pumpkins. What you see now is one of the best surprises I ever met in my inbox. I seriously haven't squeed like that in so long. *_____________________* EEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~! ♥♥♥♥♥
Sonic & Tails :: Sleepy Time: I felt like poking around having a couple Sonic & Tails icons in my lineup, and I thought this particular one fromtmg_icons was just so utterly adorable I couldn't resist yoinking it. I just love Sonic's snore there and Tails snuggled on his shoe. :)
Evil Super Sonic :: Superman?:sarajayechan was posting in her journal a lot regarding the song "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down--a song that's always been a classic for me. Also a song that I've been smacking myself over and over to make an icon of: especially of the "Dark/Evil" Super Sonic from 2nd season of Sonic X: If I go crazy, will you still call me Superman? Alas, Puri couldn't fit most of the lyrics in there. 'Cause she sucks handling/organizing text in icons. This one definitely shows that I've been trying to kick myself outta Icon/Creative Block, hence why it looks kinda aged and crappy ala "Lala, I've definitely haven't made icons in a while!" kinda thing and me trying to get used to making 'em again. XDDD! Why couldn't this meme have landed on my Enraged!Peach icon? Ah well. XDDD!
Knuckles & Tails :: WTF: I don't know why I have this. Tails's expression just amuses the living heck outta me.And outta context from the Sonic OAV, though I'm not a Knuxails shipper (or really ship Tails with anyone for that matter), it's like Tails is hitting on Knuckles or something. XDD! Or being all "Heeeeeey... nice hat~ ♥ XD" 'Cause hey, we ALL love Knux's Aussie hat. ;D
Sonic & Tails :: Live With You?: I took this off when I was trying to organize all my inactivated icons when my Paid Account ran out. I immediately regretted it and felt hollow when I paid back again. So I got it back and reuploaded it. It's too cute to die. T__________T This is from "Tails's New Home" of AoStH, and my favorite part of the episode was this flashback where Sonic & Tails meet, and goshdarnit, is it the most CUTEST thing ever. *___________* When I saw this as a kid, this flashback always cemented in my head as to how Sonic & Tails met--it's just so cute of Sonic to name him Tails from a name Tails hated (Miles) and how Tails was just utterly ecstatic knowing who he finally was. ("Whee~! I'm not a bird, I'm not a fox, I'm Tails~~!")
